We are currently seeking four highly motivated and skilled Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to join our team in beautiful New South Wales, Australia. About the Role:

As an RMO, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients across a range of clinical settings. You will work alongside experienced consultants and specialists, contributing to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a diverse patient population. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and participate in professional development programs to enhance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of senior medical staff
  • Participate in ward rounds, patient assessments, and clinical management plans
  • Support the emergency department, general medicine, surgery, and other departments as required
  • Be involved in teaching and training junior medical staff
  • Maintain high standards of patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and Australian medical guidelines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare services

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should be a medical graduate with current registration or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA). UK-trained doctors with experience in hospital-based medicine are encouraged to apply. You Will have:

  • 12 months NHS experience and completion of PLAB examinations.

OR

  • UK or Irish graduates, and a minimum of two years’ clinical experience.

OR

  • General Registration with Medical Board of Australia
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
  • A desire to further develop your medical expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • An enthusiasm for exploring Australia’s natural beauty and culture
