💰 Salary Range – $186,241 -   $251,618

Main Duties:

✅ Deliver expert medical assessment and management within the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management.
 ✅ Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
 ✅ Contribute to clinical leadership, education, and training of junior doctors.
 ✅ Participate in on-call rosters, ensuring timely, patient-centered care.
 ✅ Engage in quality assurance, clinical audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 ✅ Be actively involved in research and evidence-based best practices.

Requirements:
 🔹 Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) or an equivalent qualification
 🔹 AHPRA registration or eligibility
 🔹 Strong clinical knowledge and experience in Anaesthesia
 🔹 Commitment to quality improvement, research, and medical education

To be eligible for the expedited Specialist Pathway:-

• Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCA), together with a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
• OR Fellowship of the College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland (or as previously named, the College of Anaesthetists of Ireland) (FCAI), together with a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion of Specialist Training (CSCST).
