BDI Reourcing are searching for an international Doctor to fill a Specialty Registrar in Medical Oncology position within a busy NHS Trust in Greater London

Role:

• CESR support provided in post
• Relocation support provided by Trust
• The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of medical care for all patients, attending both in- and outpatient settings and to continually strive to improve this through participation in governance activities.
• Appropriate clinical responsibility for the care of patients delegated by the consultant to his/ her charge.
• Coresponsibility for the proper functioning of the Medical Oncology department, including the supervision of more junior medical staff.

Role:

• The successful applicant will be appointed with view to extend as NHS Locum Consultant Oncologist
• CESR support is offered by the Trust
• This post offers a 10PA programmed activities with the Oncology service. Additional programmed activities may be available but these are subject to annual discussion and agreement 
• The post holder will work closely with all of our Oncology Consultant providing clinic and ward support to ensure continuity of care for all Oncology patients
• To develop and to enhance the care and service offered in oncology, medical oncology experience is essential and radiotherapy experience is desirable
• The post holder will deliver and support high standards of clinical care both as a direct care giver and indirectly through the support and education of the wider workforce.
• This rapidly expanding modern and busy unit offers many training opportunities for their staff
• This developing service is supported by a forward thinking & supportive Management Team, Nurse Practitioners, Palliative Care Team & Macmillan Information and Support Centre.

Requirements:

• previous AOS experience required
• GMC Registration is essential
• Must be in the UK or hold a valid UK passport

BDI Resourcing are searching for a Medical Oncology Doctor to fill a Locum Consultant position within a Specialist Cancer Centre in London.

Role:

• Position encourages subspecialisation in Breast / CUP / AOS / GI

• Cancer services are undergoing a major transformation programme to improve the quality of care and patient experience.

• The programme includes a new Cancer Centre housing ambulatory cancer services, opened in 2016 and a new cancer treatment centre which opened in May 2017.

• Clinical pathways have been revised to optimise patient care. This post comprises 10 PAs to support the Thoracic team at GSTT

• The post will have access to a well-developed clinical trials unit. The team makes significant contributions to trial recruitment, including close interaction with the Phase 1 trials activity based in the Clinical Research Facility 

• CESR support offered.
