BDI Resourcing need a Consultant Radiologist with a specialist interest in Paediatric Radiology to join a London NHS Trust.
This is a replacement post, primarily to support the Paediatric and Neonatal Services for the population served by the Trust, but with a commitment to general Radiology workload.
The successful candidate will be expected, in conjunction with their colleagues, to provide a comprehensive radiology service to the London NHS Trust.
The post may be flexible to some degree based on workload and activity. Team work is very important.

BDI Resourcing are seeking an international doctor for a Consultant Neuroradiology post located at a London NHS Trust.
You will join a friendly, hardworking and supportive department.
Sub-specialty Neuroradiology interests are welcomed and will be accommodated where possible depending on the interests of the candidate and the requirements of the department.
You will contribute to the general Neuroradiology diagnostic work of the department, including on call. Laptops are provided for remote review of on call imaging. Consultants are expected to provide prospective cover for annual and study leave. Outsourcing occurs overnight.
Teaching and training: The Radiology service has 20 Specialist Trainees and Consultants are encouraged to contribute to the clinical education programme. Involvement in undergraduate medical education is also welcomed.
The Consultant job plan is agreed with the Clinical Director and the Senior Manager and will be tailored to suit the departmental clinical needs.
Flexible working options are available at the discretion of the Clinical Director and Senior Manager.

The local symptomatic service receives all new referrals directly to multi-disciplinary one-stop clinics and diagnoses approximately 400 new breast cancers per year. The imaging team is key to this pathway, supporting our surgical colleagues with information sufficient to reassure or diagnose patients. This role extends to incorporate the acquisition of tissue for histopathological diagnosis in the majority of cancer cases, completing disease staging and guiding decision making for the wider MDT to support patients through their treatment and ongoing post-therapy surveillance.
Consultant breast radiologists are expected to contribute fully to the work of the breast unit, including participation in MDT meetings, audit, research and teaching.
