BDI Resourcing are searching for a Doctor to fill a Consultant post in Acute Medicine within an NHS Trust in the South East (just a short journey away from London)
The Acute Medical Unit (AMU) is a 52 bedded area for the assessment and treatment of all acute medical admissions. Within the AMU, the six bedded higher monitoring unit (HMU) cares for the most unwell patients, providing 2:1 nursing, continuous monitoring and non-invasive respiratory support.
The Ambulatory Emergency Care Unit (AECU) has recently moved to a spacious new area and is expanding.
The department is active in research and education, and has a very strong background in point of care ultrasound, offering frequent courses, allowing both our medical and nursing staff to become qualified.
BDI Resourcing is very excited to be offering several places on a CESR Educational Programme conducted in partnership with a great NHS Trust in the South East of England! The Trust appreciates the importance of educational support so is offering positions on this programme to Medicine Doctors whose long term goal is to gain specialist registration. These roles as a Registrar in Acute medicine whilst being non-training will have high importance placed on education.
Elderly Care medicine is a popular subspecialty of medicine within the NHS. With the over 85s population increasing by almost a third since 2005 the need for Elderly Care Doctors is ever increasing! International medical graduates have found this to be a very successful route into the NHS. BDI Resourcing currently have multiple interview slots at an expanding NHS Trust in London.

BDI Resourcing are welcoming applications for a Speciality Doctor in Acute Medicine. The position is within a great NHS Trust in London.
The department is staffed by a diverse multidisciplinary team and have a reputation of being friendly, welcoming and supportive. The medical staff have a variety of special interests and are happy to support and encourage Specialty Doctors in developing these. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Consultants and Registrars in the care of acute general medical inpatients. They will have the opportunity to take on calls as well as work in Ambulatory Care and develop their procedural skills.
