BDI Resouricng are seeking an international doctor for a Registrar General Paediatrics post within a North East England NHS Trust.
The Paediatric department provides a comprehensive range of paediatric and neonatal services for the district. The maternity unit, general paediatric wards, neonatal intensive care unit and outpatint clinics are all based within one hospital site. It’s geographical position and the strength and commitment of its consultant establishment gives it excellent prospects for further expansion in the region.
Regular tutorials are held at the hospital which houses an excellent Post Graduate Medical Centre and the Post includes a Post Graduate Training Programme.
The hospital has an ongoing commitment to first class service delivery and innovative long-term initiatives and has now been awarded University Hospital Teaching Status.
You will need full MRCPCH and a pass in IELTS/OET to evidence your English language skills to apply.
Paediatric Medicine Registrar – 12 month fixed-term roles
The duties include covering the following areas in paediatric medicine, sharing the rota 1 in 8 :
MUST have full GMC registration and either NHS or Ireland experience

The successful applicant would work at Middle Grade level including contributing to the Middle Grade out-of-hours rota.
The post is composed of 10 PAs.
The job plan can be negotiated to fit in with the needs of the individual.
There is excellent scope to develop an area of special interest
Must have GMC or in the process with full MRCPCH, and sufficient experience in Neonatology
