BDI Resourcing are searching for an international Doctor to fill an Acute Medicine ST3 Registrar post in the North West of England at an excellent university teaching hospital!
Role:
- The post holder will be expected to be part of the Medicine Middle Grade rota which is a 1 in 9 full shift on-call rota including prospective cover for annual, study and bank holiday leave.
- A prospective cover allowance of approximately 2 hours per week is incorporated in to the job plan.
- There is an active teaching programme both within the Department and the whole hospital, which the successful candidate will be expected to participate in.
- Excellent informative Induction Period

Role:
- The Registrar will be responsible, together with their team for the management of patients admitted to the ward.
- He/she will be expected to attend Consultant ward rounds, case conferences and outpatient clinics and to perform personal ward rounds on the acute patients
- The successful candidate will take part in the full shift Middle Grade rota which mirrors that of the SpRs and others who will be required to work alongside and double up on this rota.
- When on-call the Registrar will be responsible for the coordination of the activities of the entire resident medical team and for the distribution of duties between the members of that team
