Consultant Urological Surgeon with Interest in Endourology
- The appointment is for a Full time Consultant Urological Surgeon on 10PAs working across our two base sites of RBTH and BGTH. It is intended that the successful candidate will have an interest and experience in Endourology.
- The Job plan is an 11 week job plan which is 10PAs annualised. This 11 week job plan has been agreed with all consultants in the department to support the introduction of the Consultant of the Week and expansion of weekend working. The overnight and weekend on call is 1:11, with full middle grade and junior support.
- New Consultant appointments will be provided support and mentorship by senior colleagues in accordance with the Trust mentorship programme. The appropriate level of support will also be provided for weekend working
Requirements:
- MRCS and GMC Registration with Consultant experience in urology

ENT Surgery Speciality Doctor
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful expanding ENT team. The Trust are seeking a committed ENT Specialist to support the growing demand in their Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic.
Applicants must be able to deliver the highest standard of ENT out-patient care, covering all routine ENT conditions including the management of children, working autonomously in a community setting. The ENT Specialist will contribute to optimising the patient pathway and the efficiency of the ENT service, and will drive best practice in overall performance and finance.
The ENT Specialist will actively seek ways of reducing outgoings by new ways of working and motivating all the staff to deliver maximum efficiency.
Candidates must be:
• Fully registered with GMC
• Intercollegiate Speciality examination or overseas equivalent FRCS (ORL-HNS)
