BDI Resourcing are searching for an international Specialty Doctor of Emergency Medicine for a position within a South East NHS Trust.
The Trust are renowned in the region for the excellent training and supervision we provide to their doctors. The Consultant body has current RCEM examiners and a recently developed Clinical Educators programme. There will be a training and teaching package for all successful applicants and the opportunity to develop specific skills or areas of interest such as ultrasound, simulation, paediatrics and quality improvement amongst many others. There are also established relationships with allied specialties.
You will work on a shift basis with other registrars e.g. Specialty Trainees (ST3 and above) or Specialty Doctors, such that cover is provided in the Emergency Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Trust has a thriving and innovative Emergency Department with a focus on clinical excellence. Demand for their service is steadily growing and they now see nearly 100,000 new attendances per year.
You will assess patients and initiate treatment working with a multidisciplinary team and will assist the consultants in the supervision of the more junior doctors and in the safe and effective running of the Emergency Department.

BDI Resourcing are seeking an international doctor for a Specialty Registrar Emergency Medicine post within a South East England NHS Trust.
The post is designed to provide support for the Senior Consultant staff and to enhance the clinical supervision of junior doctors (FY2 and ST1-2’s) and to make a significant contribution to the service delivered to patients within the Emergency Department. You will join our five current specialty doctors.
You will have four years post Emergency Medicine experience.
PLAB/MRCEM/MRCP/MRCS is accepted for this post.
BDI Resourcing are seeking an international doctor for an SHO Emergency Medicine post within a South East England NHS Trust.
The successful candidates will be supported 24/7 by a team of seniors with regular teaching activities which supports career development either in emergency medicine or other specialties. There is an opportunity to develop further within the department and dedicated study leave and budget are available for the successful candidates.
The night shifts in the Emergency Department are currently staffed with 2 registrars and 3 junior doctors and will be expanded with this post. There is consultant on call and a senior registrar direct support during all night shifts.
This post requires the successful doctor to hold PLAB and UK experience.
We are searching for clinically excellent, motivated and enthusiastic doctors to join the Emergency Care Department in a South East England NHS Trust.
The Department sees approximately 90,000 new patients a year with a mix of cases including Paediatrics, major trauma, critically ill Medical and Surgical patients, which presents an excellent educational opportunity.
The Emergency Medicine Consultants are committed to providing experience and training to their staff in all areas of Emergency Medicine. Formal and informal teaching is provided and educational advancement and audit will be actively encouraged and supervised in working hours, within a 48-hour rota. There is an active senior doctor teaching programme both locally and regionally. As part of the further training for Specialty doctors, we are planning to offer secondment to essential specialities that form part of the emergency medicine curriculum e.g. acute medicine, paediatrics, ITU & anaesthesia. This would be tailored to the needs of the individual doctor.
Successful post holder will be expected to lead the assessment, resuscitation, management and safe transfer (where necessary) of seriously ill and injured patients. Provide supervision to junior staff and undertake regular teaching and education sessions. You would be required to play an active role in the day-to-day management and administration of the Emergency department, ensuring all targets are achieved and high quality, safe patient care is delivered.
Salary and Relocation Expenses
Between £45-70k per annum
