The clinical work will generally be on the SHO rota, but the post holders who are appointed will be able to work at an appropriate level for their seniority.
The successful applicant will be comfortable assessing and initiating management of cases presenting to the Trust, including an active, preferably leading role in cardiac arrest teams (with supervision). It is expected that you will act as a role model for the medical students and junior doctors will have excellent clinical acumen, good communication skills, initiative and leadership.
