There is a regular teaching programme for middle grades aimed at the FRCEM. Early participation on ALS, APLS and ATLS is enabled by our locally run courses. We have students from many UK Medical Schools (in the top ten medical schools in the UK) and there are ample opportunities to teach.
Contracts will be based on a ten session Specialty Doctor contract, of which one session will be for supporting professional activities. The posts include annual and study leave. We offer a double time,enhanced rate of two hours per PA between 10pm and 8am (5.25PA per night shift) to recognise out of hours work and give flexibility to achieve an excellent work life balance.

BDI Resourcing are currently searching for an international doctor to fill a Specialty position within A&E Medicine in a North London NHS Trust.
The existing team of 8 WTE consultants and 15 Specialty Doctors/Registrars is friendly and dynamic and these posts are part of a planned major expansion in senior Medical Staff numbers. The aim is to consistently provide 2 Senior doctors on duty overnight (on a 1 in 8 basis), an acceptable weekend working frequency (1 in 4) and a good depth of senior cover at all other times. This expansion will also enable us to ensure regular secondments to other relevant specialties for those Specialty Doctors who wish to work towards CESR.

BDI Resourcing are searching for an international doctor to fill an Emergency Med ST3+ position within an East Midlands NHS Trust
The successful applicant will begin work at a level commensurate with previous experience, likely to be at ST3-6 (registrar) level. The post holder must be registered with the GMC and hold a licence to practice.
Participation in the Departmental teaching programme will be expected, and you will have a designated Emergency Medicine Consultant supervisor for the duration of your post. Our department consistently receives excellent feedback from trainees regarding the friendly working environment, the approachability and supportiveness of senior staff, and the training opportunities available. The Consultant body has a breadth of experience including an FRCEM examiner, and sub-specialty interests in Geriatric Emergency Medicine, Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine, Wilderness Medicine, Sports medicine, Acute medicine, Education, Emergency ultrasound practitioners, and Level 1 ultrasound trainers.
The successful applicant will initially be offered a permanent post, depending on satisfactory completion of appraisals. Motivated clinicians with sufficient Emergency Medicine experience may wish to discuss the opportunities available for specialty training to support an application for entry to the EM specialist register, and enable consultant appointment via the CESR route.

BDI Resourcing are seeking an international doctor for an SHO Emergency Medicine post within a South East England NHS Trust.
The successful candidates will be supported 24/7 by a team of seniors with regular teaching activities which supports career development either in emergency medicine or other specialties. There is an opportunity to develop further within the department and dedicated study leave and budget are available for the successful candidates.
The night shifts in the Emergency Department are currently staffed with 2 registrars and 3 junior doctors and will be expanded with this post. There is consultant on call and a senior registrar direct support during all night shifts.
This post requires the successful doctor to hold PLAB and UK experience.
