Born and raised in South London, Dyon moved to Bristol 5 years ago to study law. After completing his law degree, Dyon then went on to do a Master's in Commercial Law. Although new to recruitment Dyon is looking to use social and service skills that he has acquired over years of retail work and studying in order to bring something new to the BDI Resourcing team.

What do you like about working for BDI Resourcing?

"Being able to help the NHS fill vacancies in hospitals that may be understaffed and looking for high quality support is very satisfying. Being able to assist doctors finding their dream jobs and guiding them through the process is also very rewarding."

1. Who is your hero?

My mum, strongest and hardest working person I’ve ever met in my life.

2. What was your favourite toy as a child?

Stuffed Pikachu, but anything pokemon related really, I had the cards, the Gameboy games, gotta catch em’ all for life.

3. Can you play any instruments?

I attempt to play guitar and piano but not very well.

4.  What was your childhood nickname?

DeeDee or Dougie, Celine Dyon was also a fan favourite.

5. Do you have any strange phobias?


6. What was the worst pet you have ever had?

Used to have a pet goldfish when I was kid, but it died after jumping out of its tank trying to get to the toilet to swim to freedom. It was a sad day in the Douglas household.

7. What was your favourite tv programme growing up?

Dragonball Z,  used to love all things anime.

8. What is your favourite flavour of Pringles?

Its got to be Texas BBQ.

9. Has anyone ever written a song or poem about you?

Unfortunately not, but I have written a few songs about other people.

10. How would your friends describe you?

As the greatest friend of all time. Ever.

11. What would people be surprised to know about you?

That I play American football. Not many people realise that its played in the UK and even less people know the rules but generally you wouldn’t expect someone as slim as me to love running into people for fun.

12. What is your favourite quote?

13. What is your favourite place in the world?

Berlin, Germany.

14. What is your guilty pleasure?

Singing in the shower.

15. What did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a doctor or a musician.
